Testimonials

I wanted to bring this piece home not only because I love dragons, but also as a wish for the happiness of my son, who was born in the Year of the Dragon. Every day, as I look at this powerful yet delicate and graceful work, I think, "I'm so glad I went to the exhibition! I'm so happy it came into our home!" It brings me great joy and fills me with positive energy. Thank you so much for this wonderful work of art.

We purchased a lovely piece featuring five little birds—four perched on branches with red berries and one flying above them. The natural colors of the shell are beautifully used to bring out the colors of the birds' feathers, and the delicate feather patterns are carefully engraved. We are very happy with this charming piece.

I have a particular preference for five-clawed dragons, so I commissioned a piece depicting an ascending dragon and a descending dragon that has retrieved a sacred jewel, both in silver maki-e. At her solo exhibition, I saw a wonderful piece featuring three-clawed dragons, but it had already found a home overseas. Since mine would be made especially for me, I asked for the dragons to have five claws. Thank you very much!
